Big Lots store - Frankfort KY - July 2010. I think this was originally a Kroger grocery store. The first Frankfort Wal-Mart was located on the other side of the shopping center and has been vacant for several years.

A semi from G&J Pepsi Cola Bottlers, Inc., Lexington KY, makes a delivery to a Frankfort convenience store - July 2010. This is a Chevrolet tractor with a Mickey body.

Former location of Witaker Chevrolet, 2nd St, Frankfort KY - April 2010. Not sure when this dealer changed hands or when it was moved to the Jett area of Frankfort on the east end (still on US 60). I also suspect that the odd turret on the front is not original - I would have expected a showroom window there.

Vintage gas station - 419 2nd Street (US 60 at the base of Louisville hill), Frankfort KY April 2010. Not sure of the originating oil company. Judging by the repurposed sign, I would guess Gulf but that may have not been the first brand. Also, I'm not sure if the gambrel roof over the service bays is original.
